Muhammad Khalil has more than twenty years of experience in the field of information, communication and technology. He is currently working as Director ICT at the Population Council where he is overseeing the IT department in Pakistan office. He has expertise in IT systems, planning and introducing emerging technologies, IT project management, spatial analysis, development of the mobile apps and dashboards. Khalil is also working closely with IT in New York in order to collaborate on various IT initiatives and he is also member of the Country Ambassadors group, a new alliance created as part of the Council’s organizational health initiative on knowledge management.
